<div> <div> <h2 class="">Popis pracovného miesta</h2> <p class="">We are looking for an experienced production leader who will be responsible for overseeing smooth production run, process optimization and the management of operators for our client in the manufacturing field.</p> <p class=""><br class="" />Main responsibilities:<br class="" /><span class="">• </span><strong class="">Plans and manages production</strong> based on established standards – ensures products are made on time, efficiently, and with the required quality<br class="" /><span class="">• </span><strong class="">Leads the production team</strong> – responsible for the management and performance of production staff<br class="" /><span class="">• </span><strong class="">Improves processes</strong> – looks for ways to make the production more efficient and cost-effective without lowering quality of the production<br class="" /><span class="">• </span><strong class="">Monitors the production</strong> – regularly checks the production status<br class="" /><span class="">• </span><strong class="">Cooperates with other departments</strong> – in order to comply with production plans<br class="" /><span class="">• </span><strong class="">Ensures workplace Safety</strong> – supervises compliance with company safety standards<br class="" /><span class="">• </span><strong class="">Solves problems</strong> – handles breakdowns, delays, or other production-related issues as they arise</p>

<h2 class="">Osobnostné predpoklady a zručnosti</h2> <p class=""><span class="">• University degree in mechanical engineering</span><br class="" /><span class="">• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position as a Production Leader</span><br class="" /><span class="">• Advanced level of English - B2 (verbal and written)</span><br class="" /><span class="">• Experience in leading a team</span><br class="" /><span class="">• Assertiveness, determination and responsibility</span><br class="" /><span class="">• Good knowledge of production processes</span></p>
