What data we collect

We collect data you provide during registration (name, email), data you submit via CV upload (contact details, experience, education), and data generated by service use (logs, IP address, cookies).

How we use your data

We use your data to facilitate job matching, communicate with you, improve our AI matching service, and meet legal obligations. We do not share personal data with third parties outside the hiring process you applied for, without your explicit consent.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, port your data, and object to processing. We respond within 30 days as required by law.
